Issuance of Domicile Certificate

The issuance of Domicile Certificate is a process that allows an individual to prove their legal residence within a particular district or state. To obtain a Domicile Certificate, you will need to submit :

• A duly filled Domicile form Dully attested from a gazatted officer.
• Form B
• SSC Certificate
• Two Passport Size Pictures
