Issuance of Driving License

To obtain a driving license the applicants have the following Documents:

• Must first fill a Medical Form-C (To be filled up by a Registered Medical Practitioner). Download Medical Form-C
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid identification card (CNIC)

After that, a token/learner is issued which is valid for 45 days and the applicants will need to appear and complete a practical driving test, which involves demonstrating their ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. Additionally, applicants with prior driving convictions or certain medical conditions may be required to submit additional documentation or complete additional testing. Once all requirements have been met, the driving license will be issued, allowing the holder to legally operate a motor vehicle on public roads.
